Question for those with MPE on a 335 M sport

I am looking at a used 2014 335 X drive with a BMW MPE installed by the selling BMW dealer. It looks like the tips stick further out than a similar car with a stock exhaust. Is this normal? I would think that there is really no adjustment and that the exhaust must have come like this?

Yes, I love the color combo too. And it's a 6MT as well. The only negative is that it has a few miles on it (like 45 k) but it is a CPO one owner with a good service history and seems to be in good shape.

The MPE tips have an Allen screw for adjusting the length of the exhaust (used to ensure both tips are equal), Additionally the exhaust was cut just ahead of the muffler, you could also remove the clamp and use an "Exhaust & Tailpipe cutter" and remove 1/4" to 1/2", reconnect and your done. I installed my MPE, it was piece of cake as BMW makes it to fit well!

Yes it looks about the same - I guess they make it this way so you can clearly see the "///M" logo!
