Good deal or not

I'm able to negotiate a 2014 335i M-Sport Package in Grey Metallic / Black interior with wood trim for $50K out the door. The options/packages include:
-Tech pkg
-Premium pkg
-Driver assist pkg
-Cold weather pkg
-Dakota leather
-HK music system

What do you guys think? I really think this is a good deal but would appreciate your feedback...

RWD, I checked true car and the estimate is $52,500 (excluding everything) and I'm able to get $50K including everything. The MSRP is $57,500 (on dealers website). It seems really good. Here's the build link from BMWUSA:

http://www.bmwusa.com/Standard/Conte...tionId=5683049

Thanks!

What do you guys think:

Vehicle Price: $56,050.00
AutoNation Savings: - $8,800.00
Vehicle Selling Price: $47,250.00

Sales Tax (estimate): + $3,788.73
Weight Fee: + $24.00
Tag/Registration Fees (estimate): + $378.00
Flat Add/County Fee: + $7.00
Electronic Filing: + $29.00
Smog Abatement Fee: + $20.00
Documentation Fee: + $80.00
Tire/Battery/MVWEA: + $7.00
Balance Due (estimate): $51,583.73

The exterior is Alpine White, MSport, Tech, Premium, HK Sound System, 18' Wheels, Driver Assistance, Cold W Package. It has the aluminium hexagon trim with blue accent.

The Mineral Grey Metallic has 19' wheels and a couple of other things and I can get that one for $1,500 more with same options as above. It has the wood trim.

Really can't make up between the two colors and whether I should pull this off!
Thanks!

Really good deal. Go for it. But dish out the extra for the mineral grey with wheels. Trust me when you look back at your 19s while walking away you will not regret.

What's the story on it? There's not enough markup and incentives to account for an $8,800 discount.

Yes. Especially since you're in Cali.

Thanks everyone, so looks like 19' inches for sure then....

Not sure about why it is so good... most dealers are trying to get rid of the '14 year models now. I haven't taken a look in detail but I'm guessing that the '15 year model hasn't changed much. The upcoming LCI has some potential though..

I didn't check all the fees but I'm shopping in that exact price range and the final selling price is excellent. If you dig the car I don't think your going to get anything much better than that price.

Yes seems really good but the Mineral Grey Metallic color one has the wood trim and 19' inch wheels and the Alpine White has hexagon trim and 18' wheels. Tough choice because I am not a big fan of the wood trim in M Sport. Does anyone have it here and like it over the hexagon trim?

I actually prefer the "Anthracite" wood trim over the aluminum (but not the other glossy dark wood).
