They have been removed from CWP. I don't think they are available at all.

I couldn't ever imagine myself using them.

They are useful if you are driving in a snow storm as the xenon and LED headlights generate next to no heat so the snow and ice tends to accumulate on them reducing visibility. Sadly they were not offered up here on the F30 328i's, as my previous E90 had them and I miss them come winter time for the reasons mentioned above.

Hey, yet another costly option BMW can add, "heated headlights" for $400 individual, or included in the new higher cost CWP.

That should be part of the cold weather package, I have a 2016 on order but I opted for the heated seats as a standalone option, gotta keep the Mrs happy. I personally don't see value in the headlamp washers or heated steering wheel.

No longer part of the CWP on F30s.

I love the heated wheel, quite a nice way to start a cold morning.

However I hate the washers. I managed to avoid them on my last 2 BMWs by getting the heated seats/heated steering wheel a la carte. But for the F80, the washers are part of the (mandatory) Executive package.

On the 2016 X3 I ordered for my wife, the CWP did indeed contain the headlight washers...

The stand alone ordering code is 502. It appears on the 2016 ordering guide for Canada. US???? Makes no sense.

As others have mentioned, Cold Weather Package should include this option. Verify with your local CA.
