no. the front seats on an f32 fold to accommodate rear passenger entry.
I mean the sliders may all line up but youll have the seat belt hanger and a folding seat now.

Not sure, but you might want to note that the 435i didn't come out until late 2013 as a 2014 model.

F36 and F30/1 have the same seat base/back (i.e. without the release to fold the back forward as required in the f32.) Rear seats appear to be different for each chassis.
