the question that should be asked now, at least, cosmetically, is, "What makes the M4 so special if this goes into production?"

The actual M will likely have fewer ///M markings.

this is a production model...

m4 has wider/more aggressive wheel arches & sideskirts, different hood/grills, more aggressive front bumper/rear bumper, and hopefully ceramic brakes. lets also not forget that there'll probably be a competition version m4 so hopefully all the cf goodies on the concept model will be made available when that comes out.

The gap between the regular series cars and the ///M cars gets smaller and smaller every generation. Next generation will prob all be the same besides the number of exhaust tips.

I just want to know if I can get this for my f30 as an MPE upgrade! They've already changed the tips once. If so, I'm glad I waited!

Ohh I didn't know that the 4er Coupe gets a modern line too. As far as i remember the german configurator only offers normal, sport line and M Paket.

we all know the 435 is a production model, what I was referring to was the stuff in the camouflage - all seen on the concept M. All the rest of the stuff you mentioned is pretty much a given.

Are you kidding?

I feel like/hope it's getting wider. An E9x 335i M Sport (which I've owned) is miles different/less competent than an E9x M3 (which I've also owned). And, IMHO, since the E9x 335i is a better drivers car than it's F30 equivalent... I expect/hope the next M3 is materially better than the car that it's based on/the prior M3.

If not - we're in trouble.

overall i think its pretty aggressive looking. just need to see someone take it and mod it a bit more to really "fall in love" with it.
