I saw that you have a smartphone mount on your dash. Look very nice. Where did you get it?

Got the InfiniApps CD slot mount from Amazon. Costs about $25. I never listen to CDs anymore. So figured I wouldn't miss it if I took up the slot for the phone mount. Puts the phone in just about the perfect position.

It is actually not a phone cradle. The phone attaches magnetically. The InfiniApps mount comes with two metal plates, one has adhesive on it to attach to a phone without a case and one does not have adhesive, just place it inside my phone case. Here are some additional pics of how the phone mounts.

First photo is BMW Connected app. Second photo is just Waze. For the BMW Connected app you need to connect to the car via USB. I bought a 5' black Monoprice iPhone5 cable and ran it to the USB jack in the armrest. Allows for all the connected apps such as Pandora, TuneIn Radio, Amazon Cloud Player, Facebook, etc.

Lol. I actually find my BMW traffic map is far more accurate than Waze at least in SF Bay Area. But I do sometimes use Waze for reported hazards or CHP sitings.
