Excellent!
What's really annoying is that as soon as I got WOT (Foot to the boards!) the soot and shite splatters on the bumper above the tips!

Direct injection has nothing to do with the soot on the exhaust finishers. You can thank catalytic converters for that extra carbon deposit.

I just got my car 6 days ago and the tips are disgusting. I will be tackling this job tonight.

The OEM black chrome tips don't show the soot, and it also wipes off them with ease.

I like my Dinan black tips. Can't tell they're soot-y until you do a nice clean up!

Mine have started to show pitting... easier to manage but still a pain! Still better than chrome!

I had to search for this one. I knew I would be able to use it somewhere...

I apply a good coat of sealant on the tips to make them easy to clean.

Where'd you get your exhaust tips from? I can't find any that would fit onto an MPE.

They're the stock ones that came with the regular Sport Line 335. They fit perfectly on the MPE.

I've noticed no soot at all in my new 340 after 900 miles.
