Those faggots that jumped over the counter deserved every single hit they got from him. I don't see why he was charged when it's CLEARLY self-defense.

Some people will argue that you don't need to hit them multiple times once they're down, but if you don't, they're getting back up. And if they were willing to jump over the counter because of an order at McDonald's, you think they wouldn't try to retaliate?

hmm i dont get why hes being charged...

this is how i look at it:

he clearly tried to escape the confrontation by escaping to the back of his workplace. THEN the aggressors jumped over the counter which their not allowed to be and intisingly perused the employee.... he had no where else to go and in self defense stopped the aggressors from assaulting him.. did he use excessive force... maybe. he did tell them to stay down but he doesn't rly have a right to.

in the end i think he deserves a high five not a lawsuit lol

Perception is reality people, and unfortunately for this guy who was well with in his rights to defend himself he went to far. Unless the girl (who we can’t see) on the ground is pulling a gun or other weapon a reasonable person would say the threat has stopped. In today’s day and age with video cameras and cell phones people need to know they are being recorded and control themselves. That goes for all parties involved here. I agree she needed to be stopped, but he Needs to be able to justify the second part of that beat down.
