First lease oil change. Should I rotate tires?

Im at 13,200 miles and almost ready for an oil change. I have the non-staggered 18" setup on my 335i. My lease is for 30 months/50,000 miles.

Do you guys think it will make a difference to rotate my tires? I don't believe this is covered as free maintence, is it?

1) It's really easy to do yourself if you must
2) Any garage worth its salt will do this for you if you ask them nicely

I would rotate every 3-5k. I've gotten the best tire wear that way. 13k is way to long to wait for a rotate.
