Insurance offered me a relatively fair number. I'll push them to add the recent maintenance and upgrades I had but otherwise, I'm not super disappointed.
More gore pictures below for those interested. On the bright side I'll be back in a bimmer soon. Caught a nice deal on a estoril blue msport f30 that should be mine within a couple weeks. |

Well the bright ending to this story is I found a pretty nice spec and relatively low mileage replacement. M3 will wait a couple more years but for now I'm in an estoril blue f30 msport.

Great color, glad it all worked out for you in the end. My f36 got damaged around the time yours did and it’s still in the shop. $5k in repairs and counting….
