2016 330E 12v Battery drain issue

Cars hybrid system is unable to charge using the type 2 connector and the 12v battery in the back keeps draining out. Charged the 12v battery and placed it back in but same issue after 30mins of driving, seems that there's nothing charging the 12v in the boot. Struggling to work out the cause.

have you checked the 12v stop start battery under the bonnet?

I remember seeing this thread which made
me replace it around 3/4 months ago, same as the 12v battery in the boot too. The codes descriptions are similar to the thread though
