I like to do photography and only way I've noticed to keep the lights on and have them not flicker through my camera's viewfinder is by keeping the car on and moving the light switch to the "O" one. Waste of gas as I see it but would love to see if there's a way around this with the car off. So far I haven't found a way. Anyone have any tips or tricks on this? Thanks all

What happens of you have it in ACC mode? (Push the start button with foot off the brake)

It turns on for a sec, and then off. That could be a solution but keeps me running back and forth to get them back on haha

You can pull the high beam switch to have the lights illuminate for a predetermined length of time (use bimmercode to modify time)

You could set the coding for "welcome lights in darkness only" to "not active", and then pick and choose which lights you want to come on (low beam, high beam, parking, etc). Welcome lights will come on regardless of ambient light when you double press the unlock button.
