Spark plus and coils for tuning?

Good day y'all, I am looking to tune my 328i and it's also time to get new spark plugs and ignition coils. Before the Tune I want to know what y'all think about which spark plugs and coils to get are the oem plugs and coils strong enough to hand tunes or should I get different ones?

You don't necessarily replace coils preventatively before tuning unless you are already high mileage. But yes stock coils are fine.

Plugs i cant comment on specifically for the 4cyl, but check your technical forums.
