Thanks for your total understanding in this terrible situation.
Anyway, what's this thread about?

Seriously, I hope the new clamp will work for you.

It now fits inside the exhaust, after stretching the factory exhaust opening just a hair with a tailpipe expander. It looks like it should seal but for some reason it doesnt. I really have no idea why its not sealing up.

That seal in a can stuff on TV may work...LOL...JK JK..not a funny situation and nothing is more aggravating than buying something that says it bolts up and is far from it.. You would think with car parts it would be an easy thing to accomplish as a manufacturer.

I've always had good experience with SuperSprint, expensive but high quality no hassle is worth it in some situations.

Can you elaborate on "adjusting" please?

Also, how did you get it to seal up without exhaust leaks?

as far as I saw he opened the exhaust it self more so the downpipe can fit then he made sure all the dp end is all the way in and there are no gap between the end of dp and exhaust. so far I didn't get any error codes !!! shouldn't all the dp make error code

Yes, I did the same with mine to ensure the downpipe went in far enough to cover the factory "slits" that are cut in to the mid pipe of the exhaust....but its still leaking. I even tried applying some high temp copper rtv with no luck. aFe sent me a new beefy clamp to use but when trying to install it yesterday the clamp bolt broke so I now I need another

And, yes. Your check engine light will turn on. Just give it about 50 miles or so.

Stick your head under the car and tap the gas pedal with your hand. You'll hear some noise coming from where the downpipe connects to the exhaust if you have a leak. Its more of a "fluttering" noise and sounds really bad IMO. You can also put you hand around the connection during a cold start. You'll feel that exhaust gas coming out on your hand if there is a leak (don't worry it takes a few seconds for the exhaust/pipe gas to get to the point of being hot to the touch). You'll probably need someone to start your car for you while you are underneath in order to do this.

The wrap may make it hard to feel with your hand but you should certainly hear it. It's much more evident when you have someone else repeatedly tap the gas pedal with you listening close to where the leak is.

I tried pulling hard on the car to see what can I hear while driving, at about 3-3.5 rpm there is huge drone in the cabin only on very hard acceleration does that mean there is leak ?

You wont be able to tell under full throttle unless the leak is really bad

Minor leaks will just create a small carbon residue after a period of time, not usually a big deal. If the leak is high enough upstream such that the exhaust gets hot enough to melt something (i.e. fuel line) you could have bigger problems, although this is very unlikely. Basically just make sure there is nothing close to the exhaust leak that is flammable.

The drone is getting less everytime i make hard acceleration, i'll let my mechanic check it because the car is too low i can't get under it and he will be able to tell more than me

That's weird because the first thing I noticed I felt the cabin is empty from the middle lol and it was so loud that I was thinking of putting back the stock (before I put the exhaust wrap).. maybe build up in the muffler ? I had an issue in my older car the exhaust got quieter more and more then I cleaned the tail pipes a lot of build up was accumulated then I noticed exhaust sound was back again
