What am I doing...

This has happened twice, I get out of the car, lock it via the door handle go to the store or what ever I was doing then come back to the car to see that the mirrors are folded. Is there a way to close the mirrors with the remote or something??

Check to see if the same occurs by holding down the lock button on you fob longer than normal. I had a BMW rental when on holidays in the EU and that was a feature used when parking especially on the narrow streets. That feature should not be available on CA. Like the others have said, I wish my car did that.
