Do we need bigger shoes?
I am still waiting for my EBII 335 to come. I would raise another discussion with you all.
As the title, do we need bigger shoes to get better grip for our f30? i am thinkg 19' bbs ch-r. can they go 245 front, 265 rear? and what are the offset should be ? |

I went with 275s rear and 245s front.

I also went 245 fronts and 275 rears on 19's. Offset 35 front and 38 rear. Good luck.

I have the 18" square setup on 8" rims - I'll be replacing the factory 225 rubber with 245 RE-11's on all corners when these P7's wear out

You will note your M3 has 295ft lbs crank, or about 260 ish at the wheels which my car does stock. So yeah, 275s are 20mm wider than stock which will be put to good use with the added power. Your concerns with weight are also unfounded as I bought wheels and tires that are 4lbs lighter than stock for a 20% reduction of unsprung weight. Enjoy your M3 though!
