Tire brand is Federal 595EVO, what a suck tire in wet road ...

I just got an 328i(F30) and wanna to know wut spring is better to my car...Wut one low more...and if i need only springs or need any kit to thats springs "H&R Super Sport And Eibach Sportline". Thank you guys !

H & R super sports lower it more than the sport springs. New struts aren't required.

Can some one tell me if the rims above offset are more or less aggressive than rims with the same tires as above BUT the following widths/offsets:

Size : 19 x 8.5 (F) & 19 x 9.5 (R)

Offset : 35mm (F) & 38mm (R)
