F32 435i ZHP with OEM 513M wheels

Hi guys,

I installed a set of style 513M wheels. They were taken directly off of a new M4. I had my eye on them for a while and was happy when a set came up. I think they pull the overall OEM + look together nicely. I have not experienced any fitment issues or rubbing whatsoever. I will plan to take some better quality photos (these are out of my 6s).

Specs and modifications:

2016 435i ZHP Edition
H&R sport springs (part # 28878-2)
Style 513M OEM wheels / Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires
F: 18x9 (ET28) 255/40R18
R: 18x10 (ET40) 275/40/R18

Looks amazing man, great job.

Do you find yourself scraping alot? With your lip and the H&R's?

I thought Dinan might be too low, but you're rocking the H&Rs which is like an extra half inch.

Thank you! I do have to be mindful with the front lip. I've gotten used to what angles I need to take on inclines/declines. I've only scraped it a few times (minimally). If this means anything - it survived a full winter in Minneapolis and now I live in Chicagoland suburbs. I had the front end and lip wrapped with paint protection film.

Nice, thats good news, I just really want the performance suspension, but for $1500 its really steep. So dinan is a good 1/4 of the price and isnt as low as h&r, but probably performs the same

thx thx

Edit: Did you mod your turn signal bulb to an led or is just the angle in some pics? I dont see the yellowness in some pics from the bulb.

Dinan is a great option - you won't be disappointed. Good eye - it's just the angle of the pics. They are stock halogen bulbs. Next on my list to retrofit to led for the front/rear indicator bulbs.

Yeah i want to do that too man, it's just I've looked some up and the bosch brand is about $100 each? Or did I look at the wrong thing. Then there's the coding.

are you lowered? he is lowered on h&r sport springs which adds negative camber. it might just be enough to where he doesn't rub.

No I am not but I do have m sport adaptive suspension. Either way the rubbing isn't at the top it's the front plastic rubbing edge of tire when turning

yes but when you add negative camber it changes the whole orientation of the tire especially when turning. lowering also affects the toe. the change on his is probably just enough, a few millimeters, and that's all you need to clear or not.

I just realized I don't have same brand/model tire this tire could be a bit more beef then the one OP used even though it's the same size. The rubbing is very minimal for all I know the plastic could be molded a hair closer on mine to the tire then OPs

I will take better photos and post next Spring. The winter set is going on very soon as it's that time of year in the Midwest.
