Best lowering springs for my F30...please help...
Guys.....got a few ideas on lowering springs...currently on stock m suspension...need to get rid of rear wheel poke...any advice on lowering spring to use and drop required....thank you

I?m not sure that you will be able to lower the car enough to resolve the poking. You may actually rub, you may need some kind of camber kit.
I had a set of 5 series rims on my F30 back in the day that poked like that. It was easier to get another set of rims with better offset.

You can run up to -3 degrees of camber in the rear to fix the poke. I'm running around -1.9 now. Just take it in for an alignment and tell them you want -2 camber in the rear.

Dinan with comfort pads and shockware if you have adaptive suspension. I LOVE IT.
