I picked up my 2014 F31 in Estoril Blue with the M-Sport and M Performance package last night, after trading in my 2012 Audi S4. I'm thrilled to be back in a wagon after owning a 2004 Audi A4 Avant for a few years prior to buying the S4.

It was pretty much a no brainer once I drove a touring with the M-Sport and M-Performance and saw a F30 in the Estoril Blue.

She won't stay stock for long, as I've already purchased the black kidney grilles and the painted reflectors which will be installed once the weather warms up a bit. She'll eventually get lowered, light weight wheels, and exhaust, with a few other things I'm sure.

Snapped these pics a couple minutes after leaving the dealership though she didn't manage to stay entirely clean with all the road spray from the snow melt.

Here are some pics of my new car. I took the photos myself and I suck at photography! I will get professional photos posted this summer. I will be installing a carbon front lip once the Wisconsin roads are fixed from the crappiest winter ever!

Does anyone feel the Estorial Blue color is any more of a cop magnet than other colors? I know bright red is a cop magnet, but I don't know about blue. There aren't many other cars on the road with the same color. I suppose the early Subaru WRX's had a similar color.

I ask because I debating which color to get. I usually drive a little faster than the average person and rather not get a speeding ticket every time I go on the highway. Everybody speeds on I-95.

But the color is so gorgeous...

The only ticket I got so far in my EBII 3 had nothing to do with the color and everything to do with the fact that I was going 90 MPH in a 65 zone. I deserved the ticket.

I also have the lip and all the other Aerokit parts, but I color matched my parts like the lip, side sills and bootlid spoiler.

You know what I mean. In a sea of silver, white, and black cars, all traveling over the limit, the bright blue color sort of stands out like a turd in a punch bowl.

I picked up my BMW F31 at the BMW Welt April 22 after a looooong waiting period. Finaly the new family wagon was here!

Drove to the Nurburgring and spent one day there, then to hamburg and had all the BMW Performance parts mounted there. Drove on trough Denmark, Sweden and finaly back to Norway. About 1500 mile drive. But enjoyed every second of it!!
