2013 bumper removal guide

Hello
I am looking to replace my front headlights on my f30.
Can anyone guide me to a thread or other source with some instructions to remove and put back on a front bumper and or replace the Headlights.

I want to handle the work. Is it worth the effort or sent off to a shop.

Any input would be great.

have a great day.

This one helped me out when I replaced my headlights with aftermarket ones. It took me some time to understand, but getting down and dirty and working on it myself helped too. All together it took me maybe 5 hours from start to finish to do everything. It's perfectly do-able with one person. I've never done anything like this before but still was able to figure it out. Just maker sure you have the exact tools listed in the instructions, otherwise you'll be in trouble! A good mechanics socket set and a screw driver bit set is all you really need.

The clips for the headlights are hell to remove. There's no sane or easy way. You'll just need to pray that the bolt isn't over tightened. New headlights will usually some with replacement clips, otherwise they're a few dollars a piece via getbmwparts.com

I was able to remove a few of the clips easily, while I cut the bolt in the others with a dremel since they seemed seized too tight.
