Pic Request 2012 328i with 18" or 19" Wheels on Stock Non-Sport Suspension

Hi! I am new to the forum and just recently purchased a 2012 BMW 328i in Silver Glacier Metallic. It is basically a base model with the Premium and Cold Weather Packages.

I am very excited about the car! However I am upgrading the 17" stock wheels and need some advice.

I will NOT be lowering the car. I have done this on several vehicles and I will not be doing it anymore.

I am planning on purchase some 19" M5 replicas. Wondering if that will be too big given it won't be lowered or if I should go to an 18" wheel?

Would love thoughts or pics of 19" wheels on stock suspension.

I have done a TON of searches with no good luck.

Here is my car and the potential wheel choices!

This is my 2013 Mineral Gray ActiveHybrid 3 Luxury Line with 18" 400m Wheels. The suspension is the same one as the base suspension and the wheels were taken from a stock m-sport. I'm highly considering swapping out the springs with the Dinan suspension kit. I also have the 18" Multi-Spoke Wheels that came with the car originally. Sorry about the crappy picture quality. They were all taken with my iPhone. The reason why I went with 18" 400m as opposed to the 19" 403m is because I live in New England and the roads here aren't great. I currently use my multi-s wheels with winter tires and the 400m for summer.

Thank you so much, that looks nice! I may have to consider the 18" wheels!

The MA roads are probably the worst they've been in a long time after this Winter. I wanted the 19" myself, but those potholes scared me off.

I love your car by the way. I had a 2004 545i in the same color with 19 inch wheels and it looked phenomenal!

Go with 19. It actually feels better than the stock 17" pirelli run flat.

One of the best looking, most mature looking, BMW's I've seen. That blue looks great in photos, I'll have to check one out in person. This is a car you won't have to de-mod before selling, as it looks OEM to punters.

I always hate when people ask questions (like me) and never show what they did in response to their questions.

I asked if 19" wheels on stock no line shocks would look good?

I think they look just fine. Of course they would look better if the vehicle was lowered an inch, but that is an expensive proposition and not always needed.
