Creaking in Steering
A couple of weeks ago I noticed a creaking noise in my steering. I only heard it at slow speed when I was either going away from or coming back to center. I figured it wasn't a huge deal but it was annoying. Since my 10k service was coming up I had the dealer take a look at it during my service. I picked up the car yesterday and everything seemed to be fixed. This morning I noticed that the sound was back. The dealer wants me to come back in and give me a loaner and spend a couple of days with it. The work they've done already seems to be pretty extensive. I've attached pictures of what they wrote. It definitely concerns me that the bolts on my steering weren't torqued down properly when the car was built. Has anyone heard of this and should I be worried about this?

Customer states the steering column is making a creaking sound
caused by: steering rack insufficient torque/allows rack to shift when hitting bumps-this shift caused noise to be present in steering shaft boot/spindle leaking due to stree, rack bolt threads compromised-sway bar bushings creaking. Majority of noises were consequential to insufficient torque of steering rack.
