F34 - 328i Exhaust Options
anyone on here do anything interesting with their exhaust set ups on the 328i model?
i absolutely hate how there are no after market systems made for the GT. my vrsf catless downpipe hardly did anything. I need to somehow make this car a bit louder, any ideas? |

Armytrix also makes a valvtronic exhaust for f34 335 which I'm sure can be fabricated to the 328. Would love to see someone here try an exhaust like this Actually they do make one for the n20 https://www.armytrix.com/product/bmw-f34-320i-328i-gt |

Found this on google, how $$$ do you want to spend?
https://www.evasivemotorsports.com/s...-328-gt-13-17/ You can always try to delete muffler/res or replace with another more straight through design. Also, most cities have some sort of muffler shop that can bend up something custom for the car. |

I might try the muffler delete, undecided. Might try to turn on the burbles with the bm3 and play around with the settings, see if i can make it sound nicer that way. |

Iīve seen some videos that turns up a little bit the poor factory sound of the 328i but donīt know if it is wasting 3000$ on an aftermarket complete exhaust system...If there is something simplier...Could give it a try. Thanks! |

Anybody have any ideas how to turn a single pre-lci 1x0 pipe to a double post-lci 2x0 pipe for my 320-d GT? There seems to be a retrofit kit
https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/sho...diagId=03_4099 For the F30, but none for F34, and I think the exhaust pipes on f34 are longer |

In my opinion there is a 90% chance that the upgrade for F30 that you are talking about will work for your car. The difference could be in the length of the upstream pipe to compensate for the extended wheel base when compared to F30. However, the next expense you will face will is getting the rear diffusor to match the new dual tip single side exhaust. You'd need to source the LCI diffusor and then custom cut the end of the exhaust pipe to center the dual tip in it. I would do that upgrade... - I've changed the tips on my 340i from two singles to two dual tips already. If you buy OEM new, try overlapping the new tip from underneath the car. If it does not line up well, simply return and get your money back. Good luck.
