I had Hankooks on a Civic... Loved them.... Got a set on my G37 hated them... switched to Michelin PSS after 3 months.... by far the most amazing drive i've experienced... as soon as i got my new F30 335I xdrive it was my first buy... Best tires out there!

Awhile back Car and Driver or one of those mags did a comparison between a bunch of tires. The benchmark was the Michelin Pilot Sports. There were 3 tires that the tested better than the PS, Falken Azenies RT-615, Hankook Ventus v12, and in first place Dunlop Direzza Z1. Keep in mind this was before the PSS tire came out, so things could have changed.
Personally, I don't think any tire manufacturer spends more money on R&D that Michelin. They make Airplane tires, so pretty legit and high industry standard. I say go for it, worst case you can wear them out and go with the PSS |
