Does anyone know when they will run out with the old engines? (Based on previous generation, maybe?)

edit: I just saw that the N47 engine will still be used in the X1, I really hope the 3 GT which is scheduled for august but was ordered before the announcement will get the new B47 engine.
Nobody hasever experienced something similar, where you order a car before the update is announced, but the delivery date is after the update?

Although I like new tech.. Not so happy with the rate at which we now iterate from model generation to generation and engine to engine.. There's something to be said for improving a design (911) vs repeatedly changing the specs..

Depends on the production date, not the order or delivery date.

But since the car will be delivered mid august, I think it would make sense if they started to produce it after the first of july? Because it doesn't have to be shipped to the states or something. And if they produce it before july, they should stock it somewhere, which takes space.

Again, it makes no difference when they're delivering it. Ask your BMW dealer what week it is being produced.

Does anyone know when the Xdrive vert M235 will be up on the website for configuration?

I'm kind of jazzed about this for some reason.
