My CA forgot to have the ASS coded but I can bring it in whenever since the first coding is free. That free year thing I believe has a catch. If you didn't get Prem Package ( only way to get Sirius ) looks like you have to get dealer to activate ( $$$ )

Calling BMWNA shortly to ask about this

So this "free sat for a year" is far from FREE!

You have to buy code ( parts ) then have service code it. Quoted almost $700 for part/labor

There's a aftermarket company I believe called bimmertech that charges $300 and they mail you cable and code to do yourself with a laptop. May go that route if I really want it

Called them they said its true you dont need premium to get it i asked my ca to look into ut and to code ass off

Picked her up last night and dam the car is fast and sounds amazing very comfy sport seats
Even the wife liked it and wanted to drive
I have a portable sat radio from my other car so i will just use that no big deal
Free mats and travel mugs as wellwell

Im up in dutchess county about 90 min from nyc

rAre your headrest sit all the way down or are they a couple inches above the seat

I'm in Staten Island. And I'm not sure how the headrest sits...I'll have to check it out
