Faint Steering Wheel Squeal

Not my video, but mine started doing the same thing. Anyone else here had the same issue? The uploader commented few months ago that it's been a year and it wasn't fixed.

Mine has been doing the exact same thing for about 6 months now. I've gotten used to it and ignore it, but knowing how to maybe silence the squeak would be great!
