Bad pics, but you get the idea. I can't wait until it lowers a bit more after it settles.
Quick observations after an eight mile round trip: - Planted and connected - Zero body roll. Cornering is amazing. I was purposely taking comers very hard/fast. - Better steering. It seems more connected (could be placebo) - Bumpier but in a good way. I think it will be perfect once it settles. - My wife loves it. She could instantly tell the difference in body roll. I'll circle back when I have additional time with it. Edit: I just ran an errand. I am so pleased with the lack of body roll. I brace for roll every time that I push a corner, but it never comes. |

EDIT: btw I totally agree about the improved steering feel. I love road feedback on my steering wheel and there is plenty of it now |

I have yet to drive on the 405, so my view may change. I'm driving to our LA office on Monday, so I will find out then. Also, someone mentioned it may be louder in the cabin with 19's, RF's and MPS but it seems the same to me. EDIT: I am glad you are enjoying yours! Yes, the steering is fantastic. It's night and day. Did you get your lighter rims yet? |

I'm leaning towards either the Apex EC-7 or the TSW nurburgring. Problem is that none of them are really perfect solution for me. Moreover, the Michelins won't be available till mid Oct. Now, seeing that you are reasonably comfortable with 19"s, I have a new set of parameters to think about -- "lightweight 19" staggered wheels" |

Last update.
Took a 5 mile trip down the 405. No complaints. Smooth ride. Surprisingly, my car seems quieter as if road noise was reduced. Anyone else experience this? Whoa! There is a an on ramp circle to get on the 405. With no cars around, I hit it at around 50 through the entire curve. It hugged the road the entire way around. Planted with zero roll. It felt like I was on a roller coaster...this could get me in trouble... |

so... your wife doesn't' mind... so are you saying the car just feels firmer, but not really a 'harsh' ride? or does your wife prefer a stiffer (chuckle) ride (chuckle).? In all seriousness just wondering..im so 50/50 on this and trying to get as much input as possible. if you're on RFTs and are okay with the comfort level its encouraging to me, as i'll be switching to 19s summer michelins most likely if i go this way.

I am on 19 staggered RFTs and I love the ride. It's stiffer and more connected for sure, but not harsh IMO. Then again, I live in Irvine (also drive a lot in Newport) so the roads are excellent. I will be driving around all weekend. I'll let you know what my wife and I think after logging in decent mileage. I definitely recommend this upgrade. |

how would you comment on other comments made about it..like "Wow..ride a lot harsher than stock" or "rides like an EVO or STI"... to me those made it sound almost too sporty but your review seems more like its tuned like a proper 'sport suspension' on a sports sedan but not all out sports car. Thanks!

I believe it is now a proper sports suspension but not an all out sports car. I recall a few others making similar remarks. I haven't driven an EVO or STI. I can compare it to an S5, MINI S with JCW suspension upgrades and an M3. It's been a while since I have driven the S5 but I remember that my ass hurt afterward. I feel like the MPS ride is somewhere between the MINI S (with 17 RFTs) and M3 (with 19 RFTs), if that makes sense? Though, I'm not sure how the back seat feels...you might want a cushion for the kiddie seat |
