Coding help

I tried coding today for the first time( trying to set auto-start-stop to off), and somehow when I tried Code FDL I got an error.

The FEM_BODY cafd is messed up , mainly I can no longer read the coding data for FEM_BODY.

I think I have a backup that should work? when I tried using the new assignment button for FEM_BODY, I couldn't CODE FLD.
Perhaps I have a bad back up?

I guess my question is how do I properly recover my FEM_BODY CAFD, and can some one give me a good back up of it just in case?

I have a f30 2012 base 328i and my other codings worked fined.
I am worried I messed up something.

Thanks a lot.

Error when trying to read:
"readCPS o.k.
CAFD_FFFFFFFF_255_255_255 Fehler:
File for "cafd_ffffffff-255-255-255" not found [C012]
"

Shawn has the procedure posted on the main coding thread:

Connect => Read FA => Activate FA => Read VCM => Left-Click on FEM_BODY => Click on "Detect CAF for SWE" => Select the CAFD matching your I-Level => Select OK => Right-Click on FEM_BODY (the ECU itself not the underlying CAFD) => Select CODE.

To determine your I-Level, go to VCM Module => VCM Master Tab => click Read under I-Steps. The I-Step (current) is the one you want to match when you select the CAFD from the "Detect CAF for SWE" options (e.g. F020-12-11-502).
