got a dealer with following pricing on lease, 1st BMW buying from them, tell me if good deal or not?

MSRP $55,900
Discounted price $50,495 Money factor .00088 (without MSD its .0013) Residual 62%
Lease Acquisition fee $725
Dealer Fee $399
Title/lien fee $17
Money down zero
Final price $512/month + tax

This is with MSD, at 7x $550 ($3850 security deposit)

Sounds ok to me. How many miles per year? Were you able to get the M parts residualized into your payments?

sounds good - i went through a broker and i got a $56K MSRP for $533 including tax only MSD's down. So what's the tax in Tampa, 7? That would make it $547.

yes, MPPK and MPE included in price

10K miles, thinking of bumping it to 12K now that I think more about it
