I'm sure I won't be the first to say this, don't put any money down, instead use the same money as MSDs and it will lower your interest rate and payment. After your lease ends, you get the money back!

I leased a 435i GC at the end of November. I'm also in Orange County. If you have money to put down I would definitely put it towards MSD. You can lower your MF by 7x0.00007 if you do 7 MSDs.
Here is the deal I got. MSRP: 57,200 Sale price: invoice - 1000 (holiday credit) - 1000 (un4gettable test drive) 39mo, 10k/year Due at signing: ~1,750 down + 7xMSD Monthly payment: 506/mo including tax What is your sale price for the car? Are you paying invoice? Make sure you get all the incentives available to you. |

I am curious why BMW dealers do not mention this to their lease customers as an option? |
