F32 front lip for M-Sport options

Looking for front lip options for my F32 M-Sport.

Of course, the M-Performance carbon lip is beautiful, but are anyone aware of other options?

So far I have found the JL-Motoring carbon lip, that looks like a replica of the M-Performance and the 3D Design lips.

Anyone that has found other lips?

I was "ready" to order the JL-Motoring one, but "researching" the company revealed lots of dissatisfied customers, not regarding this actual product, but nevertheless.... As I'm living in Norway, it would be a PITA to return it because of eg. fitment issues.

I believe dissatisfied customers are much loader than satisfied ones, so a couple of bad experiences shouldn't be the end of the world, it was the sheer amount that put me off....

Any opinions?

That sucks!
I was actually gonna wait for JL Motoring to release its CF products for the F32, but was impatient and paid over double that for the Original M Performance One.

But with regards to JL Motoring, i personally havent had any issues with them. Their products definitely need a little adjustment here and there, but when done right can still come out amazing.

With my E90LCI, i purchased the carbon fiber front splitters and rear diffuser, and didn't have any serious issues.

Yes, that M Performance lip does look great, so if I could have a good quality replica for half the price.....

Well.... I might go for the M Performance after all.... decisions, decisions...

BTW
Does anyone have the fitment instructions for the M Performance lip at hand?

Going with cheap replica parts, especially carbon fiber parts, will always cost you more in the long run. Fitment issues, imperfections in the weave, imperfections in the clearcoat, poor quality clearcoat which starts to yellow or peel...you'll just end up buying the OEM piece after a while and be stuck with a $600 cheap cf shelf decorator.

Cheap knockoff fiberglass parts are easier to get away with since they require prep and paint anyway. But skimping on carbon stuff is glaringly obvious.

Yes, I totally agree. I'm not even sure if I want a CF lip, but the options are so few, from what I can find

For a lip(a part that constantly gets hit and destroyed), it may be fine go with replica since it will get damaged anyways.

@TomGun Contact @sedan_clan. He's got them for the F30, maybe he's got something in the pipeline for F32 as well.

Nonsense.
What's nonsensical about it? Logically it makes perfect sense.

I guess it would depend on how much abuse a non-OEM lip can take as compared to an OEM lip. If the OEM lip is significantly more robust, then it would make sense to spend the extra $$$...

Someone mentioned a non carbon fibre front lip for the F32, OEM. Can be colour matched to your liking. Problem is my SA cannot locate such a part!
