4 Series In Style Gran Coupe Limited Ed. Japan

A couple of months ago I took delivery of 1 of 200 'In Style' 4 Series Gran Coupes in Japan. It's kind of a M Sport meets Luxury Style model. Based on the M Sport the differences are Saddle Brown leather, not available with M Sport here, plus Satin aluminum trim both outside the car and inside.

The car is your basic 420i but comes loaded with everything really except a sunroof. It has the LED headlights, ACC, Lane Departure Warning and also HU Display.

As for mods it has already been coded by OK - and has the JB4 installed for more giddy up. Coming soon as well will be the BimmerTech amp and Bav Sound speaker upgrade.

amazing!! the satin metal on the outside is definitely classy as hell. I would love to buy that build on my next car.

It's a fantastic color... the white piping in particular really makes it pop, and overall it looks great with the silver.

wasn't the whole point of the 4 series to be a coupe version of the 3 series? what's the point of a 4 door 4 series then? why not just get a 3er?

What's the point of this special edition if it doesn't have the biggest improvement to the interior which is the extended leather?

Fully agree with this. I see it as a way for BMW to charge more for a 3 series. Had the 4 Gran Coupe been available when I was buying, I probably would have tested it out, but I doubt I would have noticed enough of a difference for me to pay the $1500 difference or whatever they want for it.
