Yep.... I had some bozo reving his engine yesterday in a new mustang. He was very confused when he could not catch me. LOL.

lol, honestly there is no reason as to why a 335 in stock form or even with stage 1 should be able to out run a new mustang GT. Probably chalk it up to our superior tranny vs a poor driver in the mustang. I think they run 0-60 bone stock in the low 4s and high 12's in the quarter mile trapping 111mph'ish.

From a dig or even low speeds I'd expect to win out over an average driver to 60 with stage 1 (they'd probably spend too much time spinning the tires), but at highway speeds I'd assume they'd walk away.

For those of you guys running stage 2, when you hooked up the chord from your car, to the USB chord / computer, all you guys did was click the tab down and selected map 2?

We did that over the weekend, I put in 100 octane after we did it, but I didn't feel a difference from stage 1. I am thinking maybe I needed to select something else too?

Yes that all you do. You Can also make sure it's by selecting map 0 or 1 and watching it change on the computer.
Here's an example of what mine is doing.

Nice. What other mods? And what wheels/tires are those?

^ It's good to know the Kosei's clear our brakes I've been wondering if they would. What other mods do you have?

Well after racing 4 different cars and wining against them all I guess I have a magic foot lol. But with a stage 1 you should beat a new GT no problem specially if stage 2 is good for 12.3's! Lol

I thought the difference was very noticeable for me..... I recorded my best 60-120 time ever with stage 2. All I did was use the JB4 interface and selected map 2 out of the many maps available....

It seems really odd to me, that I have not felt a difference at all with stage 2 yet.. It honestly does not feel faster than before..

For those with stage 2, are you feeling a significant amount of difference / power from the map 1? Are you feeling more power on the higher MPH range? Like more from 60-100? It seems like it is slower off the line in the lower MPH too..

I think it is strange, but I am running the exact same set up as before. I have been using a mixture of 100 octane and 91.

YES you should feel a difference. Are you sure have the newest firmware and the correct jb4 interface? Also make sure you have the F10/F30 dropdown selected on the settings tab.

Could be sandbagging, done especially if there was bracket racing involved. If the guy has a 12.x dial in, he is afraid of "breaking out"(running too fast compared to his dial in) and let's off.

BTW, it seems GET A GUN is running the following mods:

Custom exhaust, ER Catless down pipe, JB4 map 2, 100 octane street blaze VP fuel. Few other tricks. Kosei Wheels (like 17lbs ea), and Drag Radials.

No wonder he's runing 12.3's.

Yea, that makes total sense. Just stage 2 alone wouldn't get that done.

You guys pick apart everyone. Let's not forget custom exhaust adds little to nothing on a JB4 car with a downpipe. He is using an Alpha Tune with no meth or E85 just some race gas mixed in. Also it was his first time running the car with those mods.

No one was bashing him at all. Great time. Just curious as to what he did to get that time. Stage 2 on Map 2 with a DP is a huge boost and the lighter wheels/tires help too.

Just didn't want anyone to expect stage 2 with no other mods to run that fast. Wasn't even factoring in the exhaust.

I feel the same way I've had stage 2 on for almost a week.. I feel a little difference not much though, i contemplate myself if I'm even in the right map sometimes lol. But I did notice a lot more wheel spin ripping it in the turns. I have xdrive and in stage 1 it didn't have as much wheel spin.
