Need Help

Hey guys, pretty new here, and I'm planning to buy my first car and of course it has to be a BMW. But I'm a total newb to this right now. I just want to know how u guys find out the invoice prices to the cars, is there a certain website that does it? Thanks and any other tips would be great, im already trying to do some research on car deals.

A typical deal would be $500-$1000 above "invoice", including ~$550 in fees for advertising (called MACO), training, plates, etc., MINUS any incentives you can get directly from BMW.

Whats up with the $339 lease offer for 328i they have on the website... the fine print says 40K MSRP with 3800 due at signing.... is that just for one car during the promotion to get you at the dealer or something you can get with good credit. I have a high 770+ credit rating...
