328i ED Lease

Hi guys,

I am new to the forum and have found this place incredibly helpful as I prepare to join the F30 club! I am considering ordering the following for an ED lease.

2013 328i Sport Line
Black Sapphire Metallic
Black Leatherette/Red Stitching
Xenons
Harmon Kardon

Gross Cap Cost 37,060 ($500 over ED invoice)
Cap Reduction 1500
Net Cap Cost $35,550
Residual: 25,754
Money Factor .00111 (.00130 + .003 ED Bump -.00049 MSD)

Base Payment is approx 339/mo pre tax for 36 months 10k/yr (considering bumping this up to 12k)

As much as I would like to wait until summer to do ED, I am considering doing a winter delivery primarily for the cost savings. I fly frequently for work and have more miles than I will ever use, so my costs to do this would be minimal. I also have another vehicle to drive while the car is in transit back to the states.

I would love to hear some opinions on the lease terms and also input on options. I am pretty sure I will be adding Sport Auto since the cost is minimal and benefits are supposedly worth it.

Thanks!

Any input? I'd like to ideally get this done before the end of the year..

Thanks!

Looks good to me. ED is a blast, you will have so much fun. Is the $1500 cap reduction a down payment? If so, I will keep that money as I think a down payment on a lease is not a good idea.

For options I will add DHP, it is really a nice feature.

Thanks - What are the downsides of the $1500 down? Loss of the $$ If the vehicle is totaled?

lax555: I am looking at a similar car and would love to steal your deal price.

Also there are couple of incentives from my dealer which I am not sure how to apply.

http://www.adigitalmagazine.com/publication/?i=135692
$3500 Holiday credit
$750 Loyalty rebate
$700 towards BMW Ultimate App

What is the estimated Tax percentage? Is it same as state tax?

First let me point out that the holiday credit is UP TO 3,500 meaning the holiday credit you'll get will probably be less.
On my f30 lease the holiday credit and loyalty were treated as down payment on the lease so with 1000 holiday credit and 750 loyalty its like you put down $1750. Not sure about the other one.

The holiday credit is $1000 for the 3 series and loyalty is $750. As XmX32 said it is treated as a down payment. Tax percentage is the state tax in the area that you are registering the vehicle. In my case it is 8.75% which brings my monthly with tax up to something like $369 with tax included
