Retrofit LED door handles for F30

Has anyone retrofited the exterior LEDs in the door handles of an F30? I've seen it done for 1 series (F10) online but it seems like a lot more parts are required for the F30. From RealOEM I found these parts:

51217162434 (Covering door, primed right)
51217162434 (Cover, lock cylinder primed left)

63177277447 Door handle lighting, left
63177277448 Door handle lighting, right

63319239409 Optical conductor, door front upper left
63319239408 Optical conductor door front upper right

63319353133 LED module x 2

Not exactly plug and play and that's just for the front doors.

Maybe a new category of lighting mods to come out?
