What price are you paying for the car? My MSRP on mine was 60,305, talked them down to 53,880 and pay 590.13 a month with out any deposits.

Hey JV87, my salesman mentioned that if I add the Presence Protection (tire and wheel insurance, dent repair, etc.) then I will be at $682 per month.

Really? How is that possible? Did you put any money down?

I would like to be closer to the $600 mark. Even though I am going to order the car, can I still try and talk the price down? I just assumed since it's not sitting on the dealership floor that I couldn't negotiate like normal.

I had to wait 2 weeks for mine as it was at the port and I only put first months payment as a down payment. I didnt even see the CA until the day that I picked up the car. We did everything over the phone or email. When I went to sign everything, the dealer only made $300 on the car from all the numbers I saw.

That is very expensive and could get a way better deal. what is the selling price of the car? this is a 2014 so you should be getting a good chuck off msrp atleast invoice since the dealer has had it for a while, but you should have no trouble getting below invoice. Putting taxes, fees, acq fee, first month- upfront is around 3500-3900ish and your payements should be mid-500s

I'm in the SF bay area & car dealers here are rather snooty, primarily because of a lot of rich people from start ups and ofcource the silicon valley.
I custom ordered the car and therefore couldnt get the discounts they might have offered for one which was sitting on their lot.
My deal was below:

435i GC
M sport Package
19'' wheels
Drivers assistance package
Premium package
Harman Kardon system
Self parking assist
MSRP: $62,000 (including tire protection plan)
Final Price: $58,000
12K/36 month lease
$2600 down including 1st months payment
Monthly $753

Ya I hear you. I looked around all the dealerships in the Bay area and this was the best I could manage. When I look at the deals the other people got, it makes me think that I'm paying way more. Where are you located?

I just bought in the Bay Area. You should be able to get a good deal...there's lots of dealers.
I just picked up a 2015 328i Msport for 12% off MSRP without much effort. Granted I guess if you are looking for a 4 series...might be more rare but shouldn't be that much of a difference. My msrp was 50,775 I think.

Not sure what the situation is now, but when I booked mine back in Jan, they were not willing to give too many discounts specially for a custom order 435i GC. They had better deals on the 435i coupes at that time because of better availability. Things might have changed now.

Why don't you do European Delivery? Even if you don't want to drive in Europe. Just a quick run from BMW to the airport and you'll save a ton!

My 435 GC was about $60k MSRP with 2400 down I was around $605 a month incl state tax.

No brainer
