Anyone on the Felicity Ace notice the shipping schedule changed. The boat shows it will be in Bremerhaven on Jan 2nd and then on Jan 14th pushing west coast delivery into Feb. Why would it be there twice. Would this be a mistake? Emailed shipping company and no response.

I just spoke to a customer service representative at BMWNA about my vehicle waiting at the port in South Africa for a vessel for 2+ weeks.

Unfortunately (as expected), no one seems to know - even the dealer - how the vehicles are assigned to a vessel. Once on a vessel, the information systems are updated and then the dealer can share the status with the customer. Until then, it's a complete mystery.

I am in the same "boat" so to speak as everyone else who 's car is on the Primrose Ace. The last known coordinate that can be found on the map is somewhere near Cape Town, SA, however that was on 12-23. If you check the estimated time of arrival at Baltimore, it says 1-9-13. If you use marinetraffic.com and try searching for the ship it will say out of range. Fear not, the ship is not lost at sea. If you click on the "vesel" tab at the top, and then click on "Itineraries" and put in the MMSI number : 319730000, it will pull up the Primrose Ace and show that it is at least making two check in's a day. Unfortunately they don't give the coordinates to be plotted on the map for some reason. I imagine if you don't some more extensive searching on the net, either by ship name or the MMSI number, you might find more info. Hope this helps. I can't wait to trade in my "mistake" (2012 Audi S4) and get my 2013 335i. Man it'll be nice to get back into a BMW again. I vow to never stray again!

I noticed that as well, and the change of voyage number. My guess is that the ship will dock at Bremerhaven on the 2nd (end of voyage 0062A). Between January 2 and 14, my guess is it could be near Bremerhaven either docked or anchored offshore for whatever reason (maintenance, crew rest, waiting for cargo), then new voyage 0064A starts on January 14. Doesn't look like any other west-coast bound ship leaves Bremerhaven between Jan. 2-14 so we just wait. Oh well.....first few weeks were bad, but at this point 14 weeks vs. 16 weeks total time doesn't seem to make much difference.
