Nav with info overlay
I have the Professional Nav, but no Internet/Assist. Is there a way I can see the gas stations and parking lots on the map? I don't want to search for it, I just want to see the ones next to my location all the time when I'm driving.

I think you can select points of interest, which may show the locations of gas stations. The BMW Assist Plus package shows gas prices in the area.

Yes I just set exactly the same thing day before. When your map is showing, click on "options" on the Idrive controller. There you will find the settings to always display the various kinds of points of interest.

Agreed. I show gas stations, parking lots, and parks.
As a note, if you switch to the gray-scale map for displaying colored traffic indications, the POI's will disappear. Switching back to normal color display will bring them back. |
