wow you are going from a loaded e92 335i to a barebones F30 328i, what gives? \

and def go with the m-sport with estoril blue and beige blue/aluminum interior thats a nice combo, liquid blue with coral leather makes me want to puke.

Yea tough downgrade. But to be honest I really don't use everything in the car. I will certainly miss the heated steering wheel and comfort access. but the new car comes with half comfort access standard so that's fine. The other thing is Sirius, but that can be easily added. The rest of the stuff I just don't use much. Why the 328i? I want the fuel economy of the 4. I want to be able to go a whole week and only need to fill up on weekends.

The other thing is that my car was a steal at like $17000 off sticker (it was a demo with a few thousand miles, and BMW had to bring some $ to the table for the issues I had with my 135i) and BMW paid the down payment. So I ended up with a loaded red/beige coupe. All the gizmos are super cool but I just don't think I need them all or want to pay for them all.

I'm trying to spec a car I'll want to live with for 5-6 years (I know, crazy. Right?) and want sort of a back to basics thing. If BMW would offer the sport seats as a stand alone option like they are on the 1 series this year for $400, I'd get the base car with the same options with the addition of dynamic handling pack.

I've only seen a partial pic of the LB/CR and plenty of Blue Water Metallic/Coral on 1s. I think it looks decent. I love EB but hate that I can't get brown or oyster leather. I'd spring for leather on it but for me the beige or black just isn't worth the $ for leather because they aren't special enough. The EB is too light I think for the Superman combo, though I am considering it a bit. Just wish I could have EB on saddle brown or oyster. Then, as much as I like EB, part of me says the whole M sport pack is too aggressive for the 328i altogether. My planned trip is over 8 months away but I'm gonna be debating back and forth 1000s of times until ordering comes, and probably after.
