Looks like a base model and it could be used. So currently MY2014 models are rolling out so yeah it's possible on a 2 year old F30.

base package...but good pricing IF it isn't a demo.

Yeah like you said. Base model with nothing really in it. I recently (in mid July) picked up a nicely equipped 2012 AW f30 335i for $40,400 plus tax. It has the sportline, tech, premium, dakota black leather, sports transmission (paddles) and cold weather. Only 16k miles. It was an executive demo but felt the price was too good to miss.

Car is amazing so far.

but, seeing this it seems similarly priced, relatively, it's a base model, but it does have the premium package and navigation.
