How to remove these mark?

These blurry thing around scratches. I tried polisher in the picture bit not really working.

Looks like you have burned thought your clear coat and revealed the bast coat ( color )

All you have done is masked the issue - have a look at your polishing mop - is there any trace of blue - if so you have remved your clear coat and it will need to be repainted
