I just worry about the value of my trade in, is BMW going to lower the trade-in value if the car come late? anyone have this experience?

Are you sure that there is not a delay due to a shortage in the Orbit Gray wheels?

I haven't called the 800 number yet to confirm the build date. This information came from my dealer.

My dealer told me my vehicle would go into production right away. It's been 9 weeks and so far nothing.

My 435GC just went into production. Ordered on 9/13. CA said it was the M-Sport package and brakes. Seems in line with what I've been reading on the forums. At least it seems the shortage is improving?

Based on your timeline, that's about 6 weeks from order to production for the GC, assuming M Sport brakes are the limiting factor.

Yes I did and I anticipated a delay due to a shortage of the leather dash option however, I was told the delay would be brief. I was also just told by my SA that the vehicle entered the build phase but was moved back twice. He said he has never seen this happen before. I am awaiting more info.

After seeing them in person the 442M Orbit Grays are the only way to go- best wheel BMW has made in years. Absolutely gorgeous with any color my borthers black 534i with those wheels is something to behold

Hang in there DocB. When you get your car with the leather dash, you will know it was worth the wait. It really is a great option.
