My car turned Mexican
I started it up after work today and the radio comes on with an Hispanic FM radio station. I'm WTF??? I hit Sirius and it too is on the Hispanic stuff and I notice the 8 program buttons are empty.
I shut off and turn on--same thing. So I shut off get out the car enter and start normally. Guess I better back up my profile. Anybody else have this happen?

LOL, that would have caught me off guard.
I haven't had this issue before. Just an idea, but think there could be a loose connection with the battery?

Dunno about the battery. When I took delivery it didn't have any settings and didn't exhibit these symptoms. So who knows. My day gig is in IT and over the years have seen many weird things in all systems, Cisco, Windows, Apple. We're on the "bleeding edge"....

You've got your answer then, they probably changed the stations and forgot to change them back.
I had my car in the shop a month ago or so and sirius station was set on the Elvis station. Funny thing, I actually kept it on the station for the rest of the day... Mechanic was trying to keep my tastes eclectic. |

I have comfort access and the 2nd fob was in my laptop bag. That could be it.

I had a similar issue. All of my presents disappeared one day. It turned out to be due to the second key fob being in my pocket. Try keeping that one far away from the car and see if your presets come back.

I removed the second key fob like you mention, but I realized that it had been in my computer bag since I took delivery back in October. You'd think if that was the root cause it should have happened sooner. But maybe because I was holding the bag closer to the door than my pocket was, that was the key that unlocked the door and changed profiles. I usually throw the bag in the trunk but last night I do remember holding it while opening the car and leaving it in the cabin.
