New Build with M Performance Parts?

I am going to be ordering a 435i Gran Coupe soon and there are several M Performance parts I will be buying with the car. I will be getting 624M rims which are not available in the BMW USA configuration. I will not have a need for the other rims that come on the car. Is it possible to build a M Performance build and add parts that are not on the standard configuration?

If the wheels are not offered for that car in this country, you likely will not be able to get them. You'll have to order the car with regular wheels and then swap them afterwards.
