If I wanted PIA before arrival of my 4-...for example black grills...am I able to just pay that up front seperately? or how does it work? and is it too late to inqure about that...my car is about to board a boat

You should be able to. I just added mppk for port installation...my car is still awaiting a ship at Bremerhaven. Get with your CA.
