Neither stage 1 or 2 has the electronic solenoid cracked yet, but doesn't keep anyone from installing it with good results.

No true at all. One can install S2 to the car without issue. Although an improvement in performance over S1, power and torque will not be as strong with an electronic WG compared to a solenoid WG car.

BMS are trying to address the issue and have had some recent 'success' with a 320i.

Ok that makes sense now, Does the BMS or scorcher have a downpipe fix or is that a separate part?

Took a look in your old thread with the
pic of the wastegate, where exactly is it located? Can I spot it just leaning over the engine room?

It is on the passenger side, lean over and spot the turbo, it(the solenoid) should be right on top and look like my picture.

Thank you, I found it

So, aside from these tuning "issues", having an electronic wastegate is better right? I read it responds much quicker and is easier to control leading to better optimization of the "engine action", so this should mean more advanced tuning possibilities...and I guess thats what you´re waiting for haha

Pretty much.

E-wastegate is an improvement, it just stinks waiting for the aftermarket gettin the hang of it.

I find it unappealing to put a partially baked product on my car in the meantime.
