Cotswold BMW

Bought an M Performance Carbon interior today from Cotswold BMW

What an amazing dealership, it's brand new and huge. M5s M6s a few M4 etc etc and on 3 levels.

Great discount on parts as well ask for Stuart

If anyone is in the Cheltenham/ Gloucester area it's well worth a visit.

Drive past the dealership during its construction phase - was starting to look mighty impressive.

Not been that way for a while

Asked for a labour only price to change the oil and filter as I bought the parts from their parts department.

£37.50 including VAT!!!

They said we only charge for the time it takes......

I was blown away how decent they were about the cost. Amazing really.

Wow! I had a quote for an oli change from DL last week. They 'have to' include the microfilters and want £269.99 for the job.

I'll give Cotswold a try. Good to know they have moved as both the Cheltenham and Gloucester sites were a tad underwhelming.

Not a fan of DL they seem like hard work and not flexible.

They originally quoted £143 for just oil and filter then when I called to book it in they said it was £190 and they never agreed to the £143

Just can't be bothered with them anymore.

Yes, I've always found them hard work and usually drive to Rybrook (Worcester) for servicing as I bought my E90 from them and they are consistently excellent.

DL managed not to sell me a 440i by being miles out (thousands out) on price and by using high pressure sales tactics (only available today, you need to come in and sign up for that deal). Not being able to match the price is fine, the tactics less so.

I don't think they need to work too hard to keep the money rolling in, being the sole dealership for the whole of Bristol.

True loads of trade in the area. Let me know how you get on with Cotswold.

I've usually managed to get on okay with the sales side but this latest one was a struggle all the way. Even when I thought I was at the deal point they backed down with excuses about why they couldn't include various parts which had previously been included.

Needless to say, I've gone elsewhere this time.

I've never used them for a service, I'll have to see nearer the time where's best to go.

My brother bought a 5series from Cotswold, they drove it to him in Bedford so he could test drive and get a partex price for his car.
I was hugely impressed by that.

It's much easier to find than the two other dealers. That were in Cheltenham or Gloucester.

Come off the M5 at J11 and head towards Cheltenham, take the 4th exit at the roundabout past the KFC and Travelodge, 3rd exit at the next roundabout Grovefield Way and it's right in front of you.
